A newly established company operating in Greece with Head Offices located in Athens. Its main activities include agricultural supplies with a PanHellenic scope of operation.

The company is looking for 3 job holders, each per area of responsibility as described in the table below, with the position title: Agronomist – Field Marketing Specialist.

AFM1: Thrace, East Macedonia
AFM2: Central Macedonia, West Macedonia
AFM3: Peloponnese, West Greece

The job holder will report directly to the representative Commercial Director. The job location is any of the above areas of responsibility per reference code.

Key accountabilities & responsibilities:

- Plan and implement promotional campaigns for the Company’s (Co.’s) products in alignment with the corporate Sales & Marketing strategy and the agreed schedule.

- Analyze and rationalize the Co.’s product portfolio.

- Organize and implement technical presentations to farmers and dealers in close collaboration with the Sales team.

- Contribute to the Co.’s value chain and ensure a quality service to customers, farmers and stakeholders.

- Implement Market research surveys providing data on agricultural production, practices and trends in the marketplace.

- Develop and supervise the sales targets and market shares in the area of responsibility in close collaboration with the Sales Dept.

- Handle the Co.’s services and offers ensuring the quality of service delivery to dealers and farmers, thus improving the corporate image.

- Produce the annual marketing plan, the advertisement and promotional budget in the area of responsibility.

Skills & competencies:
- Holder of a University / TEI degree in Agriculture / Agronomy.
- Professional experience (max. 3 years) in a relative position and sector (agricultural supplies).
- Marketing & Sales knowledge and CRM skills.
- Agricultural Market experience.
- Mobility and availability for frequent corporate travelling.
- Excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills.
- Teamwork, analytical and synthetic thinking abilities and result-orientation.
- High degree of confidentiality, integrity, accountability, initiative and autonomy.
- Excellent PC skills (MS Office, SAP knowledge preferred).
- Fluency in the English & Greek languages.
- Military service fulfilled (for male applicants).
