We are looking for a salad crop specialist to work within our existing vegetable crop specialist team.

Working with a high degree of autonomy you will provide the highest standards of service to customers, delivering varieties and crop protection solutions to grow sales and market share. The role will extend from implementing product trials and sales & marketing campaigns to carrying out product forecasting and competitor analysis.
With a relevant degree or equivalent, your horticultural/ agricultural knowledge must be combined with a strong understanding of customer relationship management and the business chain, plus strong relationship-building and IT skills. The ability to work with the wider UK Syngenta team and European colleagues to achieve business objectives will be key.
