Ο Όμιλος "Andromeda Group", με έδρα την Πάτρα, ζητεί πτυχιούχο Γεωπόνο, Βιολόγο ή Κτηνίατρο για εργασία ως "Group Farm Manager".
Job Description:
The jobholder will report to the General Manager Hatcheries and Farms and his/her main accountabilities will involve the following:
- Designs, monitors, implements and controls the three-year business development plan
- Designs, monitors, implements and controls the production cost reduction plan in the fish farms
- Controls and analyses the fish farms’ biological data. Derives conclusions and proposes action plans
- Introduces innovative ideas, methods and processes
- Evaluates, assesses and tests new technologies
- Designs, sets up and validates fish farm experiments
- Performs cost-benefit analysis of fish feeds and improves the fish feed management in the fish farms
- Designs, implements and controls the fish feed quality control procedures. Designs proposals with the fish feed companies and the suppliers of fish feed audit.
- Coordinates and implements best-management practices between fish farms
- Participates actively in the company’s (R and D) team.
Skills:
- University degree in biology, agronomy, veterinary or other relevant science
- At least 5 years of practical experience in a relevant position
- Fluency in English
- Advanced PC skills
- Intellectual breadth and depth
- Leadership
- Good people management skills.
