Local barley coordinator

Candicate profile:

- More than 5 years of experience in agro or related professions.

- University or Master degree preferably in agricultural sector.

- Fluent in English.

- Computer literate (preferably SAP knowledge).

- Experience in people management (will be considered as an asset).

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.

Key accountabilities:

- Planning and coordination of Local Barley Sourcing Program.

- Continuous Consulting to Farmers & Collaborators.

- Communication with Internal and External customers/partners.

- Fields’ visits / Crop development follow up.

- Barley seeds distribution and contract management.

Candicate profile:

- More than 3 years of experience in similar position preferably within the FMCG industry.
- University or Master degree in marketing/commerce field.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- High computer literacy.
- Team player, result oriented, innovative.

Key accountabilities:

- Drives the innovation process and projects and ensures on time and in full implementation.
- Acts as the liaison between internal/external Partners and Marketing in innovation projects.
- Ensures that all activities are in line with the approved innovation strategy.
