Dow AgroSciences, based in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA, develops leading-edge crop protection and plant biotechnology solutions to meet the challenges of the growing world.

To support the continued growth of Dow AgroSciences we are looking for a Marketing Specialist for our location in Lavrion Greece.

The role is responsible for leading the definition, development, communication, implementation of product and market business strategies within Greece & Israel. This includes development and implementation of the marketing plans (price, product, place, promotion) and business case inputs in accordance with global business strategies and local markets.

Primary responsibilities
- Develop, communicate and implement marketing plans.
- Manage product and/or market.
- Identify and launch new market opportunities.
- Provide team leadership.
- Effectively liaison with key regional contacts.

Qualifications

- Masters Degree in agronomy.
- Minimum 5 years of sales and/or Marketing experience.
- Understand customer needs, knowledgeable about crop protection business.
- Ability to work across cultures, analytical thinking, ability to prioritize/summarize.
- Fluent in English and Greek.
