Management Graduate Trainee - Agribusiness Sector

Role description:

The Management Graduate Trainee will join the company´s European Professional Development Program.

He/ she will:

Participate in high-profile diverse projects within the Commercial Function - Sales & Marketing Track.
Take an initial training route in Greece, to continue with placements in other countries across the Region and a variety of functions.
Explore his/ her career options and develop his/ her technical and professional decision making skills, while fulfilling specific business needs through on-the-job training and hands on participation in a series of real-world rotational assignments.
Enjoy corporate mentoring, and when completing the training program, he/she will go operational depending on the evolving needs of the business.

Candidate profile:

University and Master’s degrees are mandatory, with strong academics track-record, in the fields of Agricultural Science, Agricultural Economics, Business Administration.
Fluency in Greek and English.
Knowledge of other languages (German, Spanish, Italian) is highly desired.
PC literacy.
Fulfilled military service obligations for male candidates.
Mobility and willingness to relocate.
Team working spirit and ability to liaise with diverse teams.
Flexibility, adaptability.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Being active and comfortable defending a point of view.
Business acumen; think of yourself as an entrepreneur.
