This conference maintains and upgrades the synthetic and integrated approach towards protection and upgrading of the environment, by bringing together engineers, scientists, students, managers and other professionals from different countries, involved in various aspects of environmental science and technology.

The International Conference on Environmental Science and Technology has been successfully developing for the last 24 years; in Lesvos (1989 1991, 1993, 1995 and 1997), Samos (1999), Syros (2001), Limnos (2003), Rhodes (2005), Kos (2007), Chania (2009); to an important venue in the Mediterranean attracting engineers, scientists, students, managers and other professionals from many different countries.
